The President of the Republic, Dina Boluartetook an oath of the new Minister of Justice, Juan Cavero Solanotoday at 9:30 in the morning. This occurs after the former justice of justice and human rights, Juan José Santiváñezhe resigned from office after 38 days in the position, to apply for the next Senate of the 2026 elections. From Government Palacein the Eléspuru room, the head of state will appoint the new replacement of Santiváñez and that will be part of the ministerial cabinet led by the prime minister Eduardo Arana.
