“Today, October 1, we honor the memory of our martyr boy, Robert Serra, and his partner María Herrera. Robert was a young fighter, a prominent political leader of the generation of gold, forged in the vision, thought and moral of our commander Chávez. His intelligence, his value and clarity of his ideas made him an extraordinary being, a man of study and discipline that he drew a way to follow a way to follow a way. In his publication, he recalled that the murder of Serra and Herrera “was a direct attack of fascism against the strength of the youth of the country”, as a measure to try to “silence it”; However, he emphasized that “they were wrong,” because “their sacrifice is a reminder that violence could not or can with the Bolivarian revolution.”
