Vector highlighted in a statement that this transfer is not a fusion, or an acquisition of the license or the vector corporation.
“(S) exclusively of a portfolio transfer and customer assets to Finamex Casa de Bolsa,” he said.
Finamex reported Wednesday that it is customer accounts that meet the eligibility criteria.
“Finamex contributes to the continuity of financial services in strict adherence to applicable regulation and strengthens its position as a leading institution in the Mexican financial system with more than 50 years of experience in the management and design of financial products and investment portfolios,” said Finamex.
For its part, Vector said that promoters and advisors who serve customers will be integrating in Finamex, so they can count on the same quality, close and care.
The transaction is subject to compliance with certain closing conditions, including obtaining the necessary regulatory authorizations.
