The deputy of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela, (PSUV), Nicolás Maduro Guerra, made an emphatic called to the unity of Venezuelans above any difference.
He stressed that, before those who “want to break the Constitution and Venezuela,” young leadership must assume an active role. The mission is clear: to exercise a firm spokesperson from the parliaments to bring a unified message to the people.
He stressed that the new emerging leadership has responsibilities that go beyond the merely legislative.
“It is not an assembly, it is not a legislative council, it is not only to make an ordinance,” he said, but to ensure that the country “continues to work.” This leadership should be the advancement engine, avoiding falling into inertia or stagnation.
Maduro Guerra, said that the national “great victory” and the “great defeat of imperialism” is demonstrated by growth rates in various areas of the country.
He said that this implies deepening democracy, strengthening the communes and raising the conscience of the people with a constant political debate.
The deputy insisted on the need to deepen social protection in the country. He stressed that, “whatever happens and in any circumstance,” you can’t go back, he stressed, from the IV Meeting of the Network of Young Parliamentarians.
For its part, Deputy America Pérez, said the young deputies have been carrying out an arduous throughout the national territory and, therefore, have the recognition of the population of the country’s regions.
“That renewal without a doubt makes the network strengthen, grow and this organizational work that was born in 2023 of the network of young parliamentarians and parliamentarians, is nothing more than a product of many other efforts that have contributed their grain of sand in the past,” he said.
The parliamentarian said that a year ago they took an important step and we said that the network that had been constituted to work, legislate, work in a collective, for the dreams and aspirations of youth is nothing other than “the synthesis of an eternal man and young man who feeds the spirit of Venezuelan youth such as Robert Serra, always alive, always present, always among us.”
On the day of debate, the head of the Parliamentary Block of the Homeland, Tania Díaz, stressed that, from Venezuela, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, is “planted” denouncing the imperial aggression. He emphasized that “we are going to defend our model.”
He also urged young people to reflect on the current context: “We have to seek in the historical political role we are living” what they are facing. In this regard, he explained that in Latin America, the peoples are developing an alternative model to the old policy, which, according to their analysis, is collapsing by individualism.
Other issues analyzed were the impact of social networks and psychological war.

Robert was a young fighter, a prominent political leader of the generation of gold, forged in the vision, thought and moral of our commander Chávez. All, ”wrote the national president in his social networks.
In his publication, he recalled that the murder of Serra and Herrera “was a direct attack of fascism against the strength of the youth of the country”, as a measure to try to “silence it”; However, he emphasized that “they were wrong,” because “their sacrifice is a reminder that violence could not or can with the Bolivarian revolution.”
