In an emotional interview granted to the program “Beyond silence”directed by the journalist Rafael Poveda, the mother and sister of the Colombian artist B-King shared unknown details about what surrounded his tragic death in Mexico. The conversation, marked by pain and the search for justice, allowed to know more about the emotional impact that his family has lived and the indications that they handle about what happened.
During the interview, the singer’s mother, Adriana Salazar, revealed that it was she who had to recognize her son’s body, based on tattoos, due to the state in which she was found: «They showed me the torso and for the tattoos I recognized it: the Virgin and the face of Jesus Christ. There I knew I was my son, they gave it to me. His body was in a bag ».
His daughter, Stefania Agudelo, confessed that he had no strength to do so. Both women agreed that the impact of seeing how Byron’s life – a name of the artist’s battery – marked them deeply and left many questions without an answer.
On how B-King ended for a presentation in Mexico, his sister expressed the following: «It is what we wonder why there are many doubts about that hiring of Bayron to go there to do that show. The truth, because if we imagine that it could have been a trap because there are many unfinished things ».
The artist’s mother revealed that her son told him that for that show they would pay him $ 1,500 More per diem.
One of the most revealing moments was when they said that B-King would have received threats months before traveling to Mexico, in which he was warned to stop talking about certain issues, or could be in danger. Although they did not specify what it was exactly, they hinted that there were personal or professional conflicts that could climb. Stefania also assured that her mother had a “bad heart” by meeting Regio Clown, the other artist who was found dead next to him.
It was also known that, shortly before his trip, B-King asked his mother to take care of his dog, a black pit bull. For the family, that gesture now seems to have been an early farewell. During the interview, they demonstrated in tears and with a mixture of sadness and strength, insisting that they will not rest until they know who were responsible for the crime.
On the name of Angie Miller, the woman who was captured in Mexico for the death of B-King and Regio Clown, the mother said: “It was presented by Regio (Regio Clown) … he didn’t know her … I imagine that they were commissioned”referring to the alleged love relationship that arose between Bayron and the young content creator in adult platform.
