Minister Alexandre de Moraes of the Federal Supreme Court (STF) determined on Wednesday (1st) that daily information on the monitoring of the electronic anklet of eight accused is sent to the Court..
The minister requested a report with data on any records of violation, signal failure or breach of measures imposed against the monitored.
The records must be sent by the Federal District Penitentiary Administration Secretariats, Alagoas and Rio de Janeiro.
The decision involves the following investigated:
- Mauro Cid (former Jair Bolsonaro Orders);
- Anderson Torres (former Minister of Justice);
- Filipe Martins (former Bolsonaro advisor);
- Silvinei Vasques (former director of the Federal Highway Police);
- Fernando Collor (former president);
- Daniel Silveira (former Deputy);
- Chiquinho Brazão (former Deputy);
- Roberto Jefferson (former Deputy).
In the decisions made, Moraes did not mention if there are suspicions of irregularities in monitoring the anklets.
