The 1st Court of Judgment on Crimes of Violence against Women of the State Monagas issued a 19 -year and four months in prison against Alan Alexander Pilos Carrión for his responsibility in the frustrated femicide of his ex -partner.
The incident occurred on January 25 of this year within a house located in the Aguasay parish; Belonging to the homonymous municipality of the Monagas state, he reviewed a press release from the Public Ministry.
According to the investigation, during the aforementioned date, the victim went to the house of a co -worker to meet with his ex -partner, with the aim of receiving the return of a telephone and agreeing on a separation in good terms; Because man had previously threatened her. Once at the site, he started an argument between Carrión Pilos and the victim.
When the woman tried to recover her phone, Pilos Carrión took her by force and took her against her will to a room. There, he threw it against a bed and ignored orders to stop. After a brief struggle between them, the man used a leaf to cause a wound to his ex -partner.
Given what happened, the woman tried to make noise to request support, but the perpetrator covered her mouth, threw her to the ground and pounced on her. However, he managed to defend himself with a kick to his ex -partner and asked for help. At that time, a person entered the room and separated them.
The aggrieved took the moment to escape with support from another partner who approached the site; and when he approached the porch of the house; Pilos Carrión managed to reach her, took her by hair and continued hitting her. Before the requests of the companions that he let his friend go, Pilos Carrión released her, and both women fled to the nearest health center.
While they were in an ambulatory, several people led Pilos Carrión; Who had caused wounds in the neck with a knife, towards a welfare center where a commission of the Monagas Police was presented to apprehend it and make it available to the Public Ministry.
During the trial, the 18th Prosecutor’s Office of Monagas ratified the accusation against Pilos Carrión for the aggravated femicide commission in the degree of frustration to the detriment of its ex -partner.
Once the fiscal representation evacuated the means of evidence concerning the case, the Court of the Eastern Entity issued the aforementioned conviction against the accused and ordered his imprisonment in the formation center of the new man “Nelson Mandela”; located in the city of Maturín.
