SANTO DOMINGO.- The Second Chamber of the Superior Administrative Court (TSA) hosted an extreme urgency amparo action and ordered the immediate re-registration of the minor Adrián Smith Ongar Ortiz at the Evangelical National College for the 2025-2026 school year.
The decision, contained in Judgment no. 0030-03-2025-SSEN-00508, was issued on September 25, 2025 and recognizes as violated fundamental rights human dignity and education, in favor of the student.
The Court ordered that the Educational Center, Educational District 15-03 and the Ministry of Education, as a voluntary intervener, execute the sentence within a period not exceeding 48 hours, however, any appeal that is filed.

Judgment TSA recognizes the violation of fundamental rights in education and human dignity of the student
Likewise, the process was declared free of coast, and the decision will be published in the Bulletin of the Superior Administrative Court.
With this ruling, justice reaffirms the inalienable and priority character of the right to education in the Dominican Republic.
