Prosecutor 89 National is appointed to investigate pedestrian closure in the Waraira Repano

The Public Prosecutor’s Office (MP) appointed the National Prosecutor’s Office, specialized in Environmental Defense, to investigate and punish the facts denounced through social networks, related to the pedestrian closure of the Waraira Repano National Park in the Zamurito sector, Guatire, Miranda State, said the Attorney General of the Republic, Tarek William Saab.

The information was disseminated by the highest authority of the MP, through its official Instagram account, where it stressed that for years the aforementioned pedestrian crossing of the lung park of the city of Caracas has been access to the public.

On September 26, prosecutor Saab reported that the Public Ministry has attended three million 952 thousand 268 people over more than eight years of management. “Surely the closure of the year will be spectacular depending on this, because practically in a few weeks we will exceed four million people served,” he said.

During the balance, he explained that the program “The Public Ministry goes to your community” attended to 78,930 people; While “the Public Ministry attends your complaint in the parish,” gave the attention to 24,572 people.
