Colombia Interior Minister Armando Benedetti, said Tuesday that he is opening “on the way to a constituent” before the alleged “institutional block” in the Congress of the Health Reform proposed by the Government.
This was stated by the senior official after the Conservative Party said that it will not support the government initiative and that, on the contrary, will vote in favor of the presentation that asks for archiving the reform in the seventh commission of the Senate.
