A mason identified as Julio José Cuadrado Tabraj (33) was sentenced to eight years in effective prison for performing acts of sexual connotation without consent against a 14 -year -old teenager in the Apata district, Jauja province.

The incident occurred early on October 9, 2024, when the sentenced entered the child’s house after forcing a later door. The teenager was in her room with her mother and her younger brother. After the attack, the victim shouted for help, which allowed his mother to go and that the aggressor flee from the place.
Thanks to street lighting, the young woman was able to recognize him as a person from the same district. Hours later, the defendant reached the house of the child’s mother to apologize, which motivated the immediate complaint before the Apata police station.
