Sad dawn. A dead young man and an injured one left as a balance a new traffic accident registered, this time, in the extension of Raúl Mata La Cruz Avenue, in Piura.

The tragic traffic accident was recorded at approximately 04:45 in the morning of Monday, at the height of the UPIS Villa Óscar Miranda.
According to the first inquiries, the accident would have occurred when the driver of the plate motorcycle No. 5697 – HP, conducted by Elmer Joel Timaná Ruiz (21 years), would have gathered for reasons that the police investigates and crashed with a post of concrete of electricity that was in the central bere.
As a result of the strong impact, the driver fell heavily to the pavement and, minutes later, due to gravity wounds, he died at the scene. Meanwhile, his companion, Roxali Yojani Tocto Pusma (21 years old), was seriously injured, being helped and transferred to the Santa Rosa de Piura hospital.
At the scene of the accident, the personnel of the Algarrobos Police Station for the preliminary and subsequently experts of the Piura Traffic Accidents Unit (Upiat) and the prosecutor on duty, who carried out the lifting of the body and internment in the morgue of Piura.
It was ordered that the respective examination of the ethyl dosage to the deceased and motorcycle conductor be carried out, to determine whether to ingest alcoholic beverages or not.
Likewise, UPIAT staff carried out the police technical inspection at the scene of the accident, to determine how the incident occurred. In addition, the images of the video security cameras in the area are collected to determine whether the driver clashes against the concrete post or if any driver of another vehicle impacts it on the back or lateral.
His brother, Jorge Timaná, who arrived at the scene of the accident, said that Elmer Joel was single and lived in the Buenos Aires sector and did not know how the event had happened.
“I do not know how the accident happened, but we have already requested the images of the security cameras to know how everything happened because the driver of a truck was crashed and escaped without helping them,” said Jorge Timaná.
