The result was a worrying balance: nine injured troops, according to police sources cited by Peru21. On the side of the protesters, the National Human Rights Coordinator (CNDDHH) reported 18 injured young people.

After that episode, a direct confrontation was unleashed: the protesters launched pyrotechnic artifacts against the police, which responded with tear gas and baline shots.

Until the closing of this edition, the protest remained concentrated in San Martín Square, with the intention of marching back to Congress.
