At 20 years in prison, Adonis Alexander Pérez Brito (30) was sentenced for the frustrated femicide of his 31 -year -old ex -partner, which occurred on February 10, 2022 in the population of Guardaro, Sucre municipality of the Bolívar state.
At 3 pm that day, the man claimed his ex -partner for having denounced him, after physically assaulted a few months before.
During the altercation, it caused serious injuries with a screwdriver in the head and one of the arms and fled the place. The aggressor was apprehended by GNB officials, after an arrest warrant agreed by the 2nd control court of Ciudad Bolívar.
In the trial, the Prosecutor’s Office ratified the accusation for the crime of aggravated femicide in the degree of frustration, will fulfill the penalty in the AgroProductive Penitentiary Center of Barcelona.
