The Attorney General of the Republic gave the United States government two persons of Mexican nationality required for several crimes, in compliance with the extradition treaty signed between Mexico and that country.
Martín González Alvarado, sexually abused a minor, so it was required by a South Carolina court. Last June he was arrested in Ixmiquilpan, Hidalgo. Luis Uriel Castillo was required by a Texas Court, for the crime of homicide after shooting a firearm against a person and was arrested in Matamoros, Tamaulipas, in April 2024.
They were delivered at the Mexico City International Airport to US agents.
