The Public Ministry informed that José Alejandro Cabello Urbano and Willians José Martínez Pérez were convicted of serving 30 years in prison for his responsibility in the murder of Francisco Oviedo within his home.
In this case, a 16 -year -old teenager was previously sentenced at five years and eight months in prison for his participation in the aforementioned homicide, said the public body in a press release.
According to the MP, the incident occurred on April 4, 2020 within a house located in the Godofredo Gonzaléz urbanization, belonging to the Boquerón parish of the Maturín municipality, capital of the Monagas state.
According to the investigation, on March 30, 2020 the adolescent in question (couple of the victim) planned with urban hair and Martínez an encounter with Oviedo in his home.
Four days later, at night, the young man went to Oviedo’s house and once inside he took the opportunity to attack his partner, which gave rise to a physical dispute between them. While the teenager tried to quell him with his hands, the now deceased tried to defend himself and caused several wounds to his then partner in his arms.
In the middle of the dispute, they appeared on the Cabello Urbano and Martínez Pérez site, who submitted the man and handled him hands and feet in addition to physically assaulting him. After that he was transferred to one of the rooms and forced him to supply his access data to his personal bank account and his profile of an online games web portal.
Once the information was obtained, among the three perpetrators caused a total of 35 wounds with a white weapon that caused death due to a hypovolemic shock. Then, they wrapped the body in a savanna and left it on a mattress.
It should be noted that before the three perpetrators were removed from the place, a computer monitor, two keyboards, two CPU and one mouse, which were recovered by the body of scientific, criminal and criminal investigations (Cicpc) 48 hours after the homicide.
Cabello was apprehended by the Cicpc two days later in the same urbanization of the events, while Martínez Pérez voluntarily appeared before the same security body for his apprehension. In turn, that same day the teenager was arrested and made available to the Public Ministry.
During the trial, the 17th Prosecutor’s Office of Monagas ratified the accusation against Urbano and Martínez Pérez hair for the Homicide Commission qualified with alevosía in the execution of a robbery, in addition to agavilo and use of adolescent to commit crimes.
Once the fiscal representation evacuated the means of evidence concerning the case, the 7th trial court in that eastern entity issued a sentence against urban hair and Martínez Pérez and ordered that they comply with a sentence at the Nelson Mandela New Man Training Center and the AgroProductive Center of Barcelona (Anzoátegui State), respectively.
