An electric tricycle rushed this afternoon from the viaduct bridge to the San Juan River, in Matanzas, leaving eight injured, including a woman and a girl, who receive medical attention in local hospitals.
The incident took place this afternoon in the viaduct of the province, according to Facebook of the journalist Pedro Rizo Martínez.
Six adults were transferred to the Comandante Faustino Pérez Hernández hospital. Five have minor injuries and one, with a thoracic trauma, is being surgically intervened, Dr. Gretter Robaina Rodríguez, deputy director of the center, reported.
Meanwhile, in the Pediatric Hospital Eliseo Noel Caamaño a girl without wounds and a teenager with stable injuries remain under 24 hours.
Just a week ago, an accident between two bus took place, the Ranchuelo municipality, Villa Clara, which involved 49 people, several of them seriously reported and among which there were minors.
