In a rapid intervention, agents of the Terna Huancayo group arrested three alleged members of the criminal gang “Los Lechuzeros del Folklore” for crimes against heritage in the modality of aggravated theft, during the event “Chilca Fest Spring 2025”, held in the Zonal Park Coto Coto.

The police action occurred around 2:00 am on Monday, September 29, when the troops carried out patrol and crime prevention. Carlos Daniel Mayhua Ignacio (27), aka “Tarta” were intervened; Rolando Quispe Taipe (24), aka “The Dwarf”; and Alexander Piero Rivera Cárdenas (19), aka “El Chino”, who would have stolen three high -end cell phones: a pink samsung, an orange honor and another Samsung Black.

The detainees were transferred to the Chilca police station for law proceedings. The Junín police region indicated that the operations will continue in different parts of the city as part of the Plan to Fight Crime and Organized Crime.
