Cuban Robiel Yankiel Sol took over gold in the length jump in category T46 (affectation in upper limbs) of the World Parathletics Championship, with a mark of 7.57 meters, according to Latin press.
In the Jawaharlal Nehru stadium in New Delhi City, Robiel Yankiel demonstrated his worth again by achieving the best mark of the day in his first attempt.
The Cuban paratrleta, with only 22 years, was Paralympic champion in Tokyo and Paris, where he also won the first of his world crowns. In addition, he achieved the title of the orb in Kobe 2024 and established the best mark of all time in length (7.84) in its category.
The silver in this competition fell to the Russian Nikita Kotukov with a 7.21 meter jump, and the bronze went to the Chinese Hao Wang, with 7.19.
