INSS makes skill of skills in 35 cities

With the use of this technology, the Institute of Social Security (INSS) aims to reach regions where there are few experts, avoiding the need for long travel – further expanding the population’s access to benefits, as well as reducing the waiting time of beneficiaries.

According to the Ministry of Social Security, the largest number of vacancies were offered to the southern region. “There will be 800 calls in the city of Joinville (SC), 400 vacancies in Curitiba (PR) and 374 care in Cascavel (PR),” said the folder.

The calls will be addressed to people who had already scheduled expert care but who had high waiting time. The ministry reported that the connected expertise has “the same security and the same basic principles” of face -to -face care, preserving the privacy and confidentiality of expert care.

“Connected expertise will also be used in initial expertise for temporary disability benefit (former sickness allowance) that have not been conformed to atestmed (documentary analysis), as well as medical assessments of continuing benefit requirements (BPC) to people with disabilities and reviews of these assistance benefits (REVBPC),” the ministry said.
