Tacna: Citizens demand more windows and modify Reniec's care hours

Dozens of users complained about the service provided in Tacna the National Registry of Identification and Civil Status (RENIEC).

They pointed out that although long lines are registered daily, both to collect the National Identity Document (DNI) and to carry out registration procedures or modifications, the responsible officials still do not enable more care windows.

They also claimed that despite the change from winter season to spring the Reniec is just attending from 8:45 am even when people agglomerate from 6 am. They asked to hire greater staff and make the procedures more flexible through online operations.
