What are the failures in the Banorte app?
40% of the reports on the platform correspond to failures when logging, 32% to online banking operations and 28% to general problems in the mobile application.
According to the heat map of the platform, the failures are presented in much of the country, although most reports are concentrated in Mexico City, Jalisco and Monterrey, the three main cities.
The expansion team tried to enter the application and corroborated that the app is failing, showing the message: “The service is not temporarily available.”

Users complain in networks
Some users expressed their frustration in social networks: “Good morning, it does not open the application, it does not let the app”; “The app does not work!”; “I have a doubt: your app is not working or what? Because I already tried several times”; And “the application is not working, I already tried with Wi-Fi and with data, and nothing, continues to fail.”
So far, Banorte has not announced the origin of the fault or the estimated time for its solution.
Through social networks, the bank has indicated that it is not a generalized problem, although it has not given a solution to the people who have filed complaints.
