“(…) It is time for the crossings to lead the transformation of Bolivia, from a centralist state towards our longing for federalism,” emphasized Governor Luis Fernando Camacho, during his speech on Thursday night, in the commemorative act by the departmental libertarian deed and that allowed the recognition of different personalities.
The departmental authority stressed that federalism is fair that will allow “our development to have no limit, we get as far and as high as our dream allows it. My commitment will be with my people; that’s why I take this challenge, that of federalism Not as a whim of Luis Fernando Camacho, but as the mandate of a town expressed in the Cabildo on October 4, 2019. The crossings in the judicial body
Governor Cruceño highlighted the work that entrepreneurs do in the different productive sectors, from which they work in agricultural to business groups. He also highlighted the independence of powers that he has had, mainly, on justice.
“This is a special night, because it marks the beginning of a new era, where justice regained its independence and that was achieved through the prominence of the crossings in the Judiciary”said the governor.
He also commented that for a long time “justice was used to intimidate and extort the crossings, so I row the recognition to the authorities in the judicial estates. (…) That recognition (which was given to them) are links of broken chains, the commitment they assumed to free our people from extortion, we generate legal certainty to the business, conditions and do not allow it to return to the extortion to our people.
And expressly requested the authorities of the judicial body, that “they fight to maintain the independence of powers, have the business and its server (Luis Fernando Camacho) for what he needs, so that no one forces them to do to do something that is not within justice and law.”
The recognitions
Prior to the words of circumstance of the governor, the institution delivered more than a dozen recognition to the merit of national authorities to national, departmental, municipal, businessmen, press workers, professionals from other areas, among others.
