During this time, the woman has received signs of solidarity from some citizens and suppliers in a similar situation, but also the indifference of the authorities. Mayor Julio César Llallico and other officials have minimized his protest, questioning his legitimacy and claiming that there is no service order, although those affected indicate that the constant changes of officials have generated instability and administrative disorder.

On September 24, Rafaela celebrated a month chained to exterior from the Municipality of El Tambo. “There are good but also indifferent people. They will think that I am lying, they will call me crazy, but it is not so. I hope that with the documentation I have presented they pay me,”he expressed in tears.

This Thursday, September 25, Samu staff came to attend to her due to the deterioration of her health after weeks living outdoors. The situation reflects the crisis that several suppliers face that, like her, expect the fulfillment of economic commitments by the commune.
