Two criminal gang members were dejected in different procedures. One of those operations was executed by Cicpc-San Juan de los Morros (Guárico) officials.
The official report of that procedure says that the agents executed a legal intervention, where an alleged criminal identified as Alix Rafael Puerta Laucho (29), nicknamed the Ali. The incident took place in Santa Isabel Street in the Guariqueña capital, says the report of the Scientific Police.
