Two Civil Courts of the Zulia State recently issued preventive and provisional embargoing measures against the Farma Express 24 Premier, CA merchant society (popularly known as Farma Express Indiomara), within the framework of judgments by collection of bolivars via intimidation.
The First Civil, Commercial and Transit Court of the State Zulia, by decision of August 5, 2025, in File No. 47,052, decreed a preventive embargo for an amount equivalent to 885,933.68 US dollars, ordering its execution on the movable property and money of the defendant society and, in a subsidiary form, against the citizens Sahar Boudakka Safadi and Analy del Valle González Moronta, says Judgment 117-2025.
Similarly, the Third Court of the First Civil, Commercial and Transit of the Zulia State, on July 31, 2025, within File No. 50.126, agreed a provisional measure of embargo exclusively on the goods of the company Super Pharmacy Farma Express 24 Premier, CA (Farma Express Indiomara), until it covers the sum of 178,589.12 US dollars. 110-25.
Both failures are based on article 646 of the Code of Civil Procedure, which orders the judges to decree embargo measures when the demand is based on documents such as accepted invoices, exchange letters, promissory notes or other negotiable titles, the documents review.
Suppliers prepare other actions for breach of payments of the aforementioned commercial companies. The accumulated debts of Farma Express Indiomara would already exceed 5 million dollars, according to sources linked to the processes.
