
A Learjet 55 model plane, identified with the YV3440 registration, crashed this Wednesday at noon on the track of the Simón Bolívar International Airport of Maiquetía While trying to land. The accident was attributed preliminary to the adverse climatic conditions that were presented in the area, especially strong wind bursts that hindered the approach maneuver.
The aircraft, which made regular flights between Cuba and Venezuela, suffered the incident just at the time of playing track.
