The Brazilian team won, last Sunday (21) at the Nilson Nelson Gymnasium, in Brasilia, the Futsal Nations Cup. The title was guaranteed after a 2-1 score win over Poland.
To guarantee for the second time in history the title of the competition, Brazil has campaigned with 100% success, totaling four wins in four matches.
In the decision of the competition, Poland opened the scoring 13 minutes into the first half, when goalkeeper William made a partial defense and Kubik took the rebound to score. However, before the break the Brazilian team managed to match the marker thanks to Matheus’s goal.
The goal of victory and title came only in the final stage, in the final minutes of the confrontation. Coach Marquinhos Xavier resorted to the strategy of the goalkeeper and Pito marked the second in Brazil.
