Criminal Investigation Division (Divincri) Arequipa captured Andrés Ylachira Chambilla (67), who appeared in the rewards program of the Ministry of Interior for the crime of qualified homicide. By its location S/20 thousand was offered.
The intervention was held on the night of September 21, in the vicinity of a property located in the town center Chichillapi, Faruyo sector, Santa Rosa districtProvincial El Collao, from Puno.
The capture was given after an arduous work of intelligence and meticulous monitoring, within the framework of the Operations Plan No. 57 of the Divincri displacement requirements.
According to the investigation, Ylachira Chambilla was required by justice for its participation in June 2005 in the Community of Chichillapi (Mazocruz). He says that together with two other settlers they submitted Wilber Aduviri Jaliri and Diuverli Chambilla commandment.
