Major Osmar Fabián Sánchez, an activity in activity of the National Police, has reported receiving death threats days before being summoned as a witness by the Public Ministry in the case followed by Lieutenant General Víctor Zanabria Angle.

Osmar Fabián Sánchez worked under the direction of Zanabria at the Chorrillos School, where he was head of the Resolution area.
In his fiscal statement, he said he received pressures from other officers to issue resolutions in favor of the then director. He claims to have informed Zanabria himself about irregularities and that he gave the direct order to continue with the procedures.
