Ciudad de Puebla, can.- Given the need to have a place that addresses anxiety, depression and any mental disorder in girls, boys and adolescents, the government of the State of Puebla, headed by Alejandro Armenta, opens the Center for Integral Mental Health (Ceposami), which is unique in the country and has a model worth replicating at the national level, as it will attend the disease from the causes and its psychosocial environment; In addition, it has cutting -edge technology.
This center was born from the heart of the president of the Board of Trustees of the State DIF System (SEDIF), Ceci Arellano, since from the pandemic, the indiscriminate use of mobile devices, as well as a high diet in sweeteners, makes necessary the creation of these spaces, to address the conditions that were exacerbated by those factors.
CEPOSAMI is part of one of the commitments from the first day of the state administration, so today is a reality and is available to population families for their daughters and sons, until 17 years 11 months.
The general director of SEDIF, Juan Carlos Valdez Zayas said that with this center a dream of the president of the Board of Trustees, Ceci Arellano, who will benefit minors who require mental health care, is materialized.

In addition, it combines specialized clinical attention with a systemic approach that seeks to reduce the need for medication by strengthening support networks, family ties and protective factors.
In the same space a multidisciplinary team works in clinical psychology, child psychiatry, neuropsychology, endocrinology, gynecology, nutrition, social work and various therapies.
