The National Armed Forces (Fan) made, this Saturday, September 20, a caravan by different roads in Caracas to reach the communities where the military will teach “arms management”, as part of a training plan in defense against the United States.
Around 25 tanks came out from Fuerte Tiuna accompanied by hundreds of bikers and toured several kilometers, to finally reach the area of El Valle.
Defense Minister Vladimir Padrino López described the day as a “milestone” in the “military revolution” of the country.

“We are marking a milestone in the construction and consolidation of our doctrine, which grows, develops and expands for the defense of the homeland,” said Padrino López in statements transmitted by the Venezuelan state television channel (VTV).
He indicated that the FANB has been deployed in 5,336 communal circuits in the country to strengthen the “communal units of militias.”
Another caravan was led by the Minister of Interior, Justice and Peace, Diosdado Cabello, who headed the group of military units from Caixa Park, in the Sucre municipality of the Miranda state, to the great wall of the Petare parish, where tents were installed to train the members of the communal councils.
