Jarabacoa This weekend became the stage of the Strategic workshop of the Modern Revolutionary Party (PRM), Where the members of their Executive address work on the definition of Political route which will guide the organization in the coming years, with an eye on the 2028 elections.
Through a statement, the organization reported that participants analyze and strengthen strategic pillars of the PRMwith emphasis on the institutionalityas well as in the electoral processes and organizational planned for 2026, 2027 and 2028.
“The meeting seeks to consolidate a shared vision that guides the political action of the party, guarantee the internal cohesion and optimize the capacity to respond to the challenges of citizenship, “says the document.
Themes discussed
The official party analyzes Communication strategies institutional to achieve a “more effective and close to the population” presence, in addition to the implementation of modern platforms and communication tools. Other topics discussed include:
- The institutionality and Governance of the party, with mechanisms of transparency, Accountability and strengthening the organic structure.
- Planning for electoral processes and internal for the years 2026, 2027 and 2028, with attention to the preparation of candidacies, alliances and citizen participation strategies.
- The strengthening of territorial organisms and the cohesion of the Commonwealth of Municipalities and Districts for a political action more articulated.
- The design and improvement of Work programswith emphasis on initiatives of Social Developmenteconomical and community, which respond to Dominican needs.

The organizers stressed that the central objective is to provide the PRM of one solid roadmap that allows the organization to effectively face the country challenges and respond clearly to the demands of the Dominicans, always maintaining as fundamental axes the transparencyresponsibility and commitment to Social Development.
