In two days after the opening for requests, the Brazil Sovereign Plan approved R $ 1.2 billion in financing for companies affected by American tariff.
The relief plan to exporting companies provides a total of R $ 40 billion in business credit affected by the commercial barrier that applies rates of up to 50% to Brazilian exports.
The balance of order and approval was released on Friday night (19) by National Bank for Economic and Social Development (BNDES)Federal Government Development Bank.
In the period, the total of orders from 533 companies reached R $ 3.1 billion. That is, 1.9 billion walks are under analysis.
The total of R $ 40 billion from Brazil sovereign includes R $ 30 billion from the export guaranteeing fund (FGE) and R $ 10 billion from BNDES itself.

The first step to access resources is to consult if the company is eligible for the relief plan. The consultation can be made in the BNDES website.
Interested parties will need to authenticate using the Gov.br platform, exclusively through the company’s digital certificate.
If the system indicates that the company is able to credit, the recommendation is to contact the bank with which it already has relationship. Large companies can directly look for BNDES.
