According to specialists, this microorganism is common in this species and turns meat into a product not suitable for human consumption.

As a corrective measure, those responsible received a fine equivalent to 100% of the Tax Tax Unit (UIT). In addition, the Municipality urged merchants and consumers to comply with health standards to avoid health risks.
