The general commander of the Bolivarian National Militia, M/G Orlando Romero Bolívar, assured that the training of the Venezuelan people is due to a coordinated and planned process, deeply rooted in the Bolivarian, Venezuelan and native doctrine.
During an interview, Major General Romero said that this process is part of the libertarian armed force, committed to peace and sovereignty, which is prepared, exclusively, for the defense of the nation; “No, we prepare to attack anyone.”
Then, Romero explained that within the framework of the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, article 322 establishes that the country’s defense is the responsibility of all Venezuelans, which emphasizes that “the security of the nation is an essential competence and responsibility of the State, based on the integral development of the latter and its defense is the responsibility of Venezuelans and Venezuelan; also of the natural and legal persons, both of public law and of private law and of private law national”.
He emphasized that Venezuela always steps forward in the face of any adversity, to tell the entire world that is respected and is full of dignity.
In this regard, he exalted the day of last September 11 and 12, when the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) opened the doors of the barracks to the town for training in the military enlistment for the defense of the nation.
He also valued the active participation of the people in the barracks, which in his opinion evidences the collective commitment in the integral defense, as well as the National Unit the strengthening of the Bolivarian militia as an expression of the organized popular power.
The general commander of the Bolivarian National Militia emphasized that at the time of difficulty the people enhance and demonstrates that force depends on unity, revolutionary consciousness and its commitment to peace.
Finally, he reiterated the invitation to Venezuelans who have not yet registered, so that they do so through the homeland platform and can participate in training, know the weapons of the Republic and familiarize themselves with the tactical methods of revolutionary resistance.
