Two new audios obtained By this publication they reveal that “Sandro”, who would be the current mayor in charge of Huancayo, Sandro Veliz Soto, would be more than committed to irregularities and mismanagement with the owners of the Zirah nightclub. In the material, at first, the former official Mabel Mendoza says that she cannot close the nightclub because of “Sandro”, and later, the mayor himself asks that she support “Chato” and not close “Zirah” because they are going to hang. Sources of this publication indicate that Veliz Soto is more than scared.

In the first audio Mabel Mendoza, former manager of Economic Development, points out that Arturo Cárdenas “Pinturita” has called her to a meeting with Cerrón and told her to close the Kímbara -another den- and the Zirah.
