Vice President Geraldo Alckmin said on Thursday (18) that it is necessary to comply with the separation and harmony between the three powers, but that no one is above the law and that the last word is of the judiciary, commenting on the approval of the emergency regime to process the Amnesty Bill in the House of Representatives.
“The legislature legislates, establishes the law, the rules of conviviality in society, no one is above the law. The Executive implements them. And the judiciary gives the last word in compliance with the law. It is up to the judiciary the last word,” he said.
The vice president participated in the opening ceremony of the 2nd Global Coalition Summit for School Feeding, in Fortaleza.
