The sector vice president of Politics, Citizen Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabellodenounced on Wednesday a false flag operation of the drug control administration (DEA) of the United States against the country.
In statements to the press, the Minister for Interior Relations, Justice and Peace gave details of the operation carried out by security agencies to dismantle this action, complying with the protocols established in the world, and capture four citizens transported 3,692 kilos of drugs.
Cabello presented the names of the detainees: Joeluis José Rodríguez Ramos, Jesús Antonio Quilarque Carreño, Jhonny José Salazar Gutiérrez and Carlos Alberto Bravo Lemus; and said that the latter was held seven years in Puerto Rico for drug trafficking.
He stressed that the product of the intelligence work they have been carrying out, received the information about this operation and the security agencies were deployed in one place, with a wait for more than 20 hours, until these people passed in a boat in the early hours of Monday. The authorities persecuted them and made all the calls to stop until the subjects surrendered.
“That boat carried four engines, 300 horses each, and they had no choice but to surrender because they were surrounded,” he said. The owner of the seized drug, added, is a man identified as Levi Enrique López Batis, an agent of the DEA, who has a narrow link with Jercio Parra Machado, who operates from the Colombian Guajira.
“I am going to say this with knowledge of the cause and that it is very clear: Levi Enrique López Batis, is an agent of the DEA, drug trafficker, and against Venezuela this was going to be part of a false flag operation,” he said.
He questioned that the four detained individuals had their Venezuelan identity card on hand, when fishermen when they go to the task do not take anything. “I miss these four citizens had their identity card ready there to be delivered,” he said.
He emphasized that this boat with drugs was a False Flag operation of the DEA to accuse Venezuela, “four detainees with a Venezuelan card was going to leave. That is telling them, the detainees, that Mr. Batis works for the DEA ».
Cabello warned that this is part of the campaign to accuse Venezuela of any barbarity “that constantly practices the largest drug cartel in the world that is the DEA, without a doubt.”
Among the seized are 100 bags of cocaine hydrochloride, a Go Fast type vessel with four outboard engines of 300 horsepower, a satellite phone, two smartphones, two radio radio, a GPS and 2,400 liters of fuel in 28 drums.
He also clarified that when you want to demonstrate a fact, “thus an operation is done,” not bombing a boat.
From Puerto Rico they directed the operation
The minister declared that this operation was directed by an individual identified as alias “Cirilo”, arrested in Puerto Rico, and who put the DEA in contact with López Batis to do the operation of false flag.
He stressed that the boat with the seized drug left Colombian territory, and said that “we gave him a tremendous blow, thanks to patrolling, to work, because they have used the same drug trafficking route, which is the same route as Gideon for which he has any doubt.”
Seizure of 60,070 kilos of drugs this year
The minister also stressed that, so far this year, 60,070 kilos of drugs have been seized in different operations carried out by security agencies.
“Venezuela, at this time of this year, 60,070 kilos of drugs have already been captured, 60 tons of drugs in different operations,” he said.
Cabello stressed that the aforementioned figure is “the greatest amount that has been captured since 2010, which is the comparative year, the first six years of having broken with the DEA”, which is an entity known to the world “that is dedicated to international drug trafficking.”
