Police officers of the Guaicaipuro municipality, in the Miranda state, in accordance with the provisions of the Law against Computer Crimes and the Organic Law on Women’s Law to a life free of violence, arrested a man who was dedicated to disseminating intimate photos of four young people, reviews a press release from the institution.
The information was released by the director of the aforementioned police force, Carlos Andrade, who explained that they received the complaint of the victims through the violet line and a commission of officials was activated in search of those involved.
The detainee was identified as Ricardo José Fernández Piña, 29 years old, residence in the La Matica community, La Mata sector, Calle Negro Primera.
“After the results obtained through witness interviews, analysis of different digital pages, extraction of content from the mobile team of the investigated, the direct participation in the publication of intimate photos and videos of the victims in the digital pages Hispasexy, Archi and Erome, without their consent,” said Andrade.
The police chief added that he had published said content for an economic debt that had the sentimental couple of one of the victims. It should be noted that during the procedure a cell phone was collected where the graphic material was.
