Santo Domingo.- A court of Santo Domingo Este condemned to 20 years in prison to a man for repeatedly violated a 15 -year -old teenager, in registered facts in Villa Mella in 2024.

The pursuit of the crime showed that Calderón Féliz violated several articles of the Criminal Code Dominican, modified by the Law 24-97, as well as Law 136-03, on the code that establishes the National System for the Protection of the Rights of Children and Adolescents.
By decision of the First Collegiate Court of Santo Domingo Este, which are made up of Judges Elizabeth Esperanza Rodríguez Espinal, Flor E. Batista Polo and José Leonel Asencio Quezada, the defendant must fulfill the penalty at the Najayo Men’s correction and rehabilitation center.
