Cuban who decapitated a man in Dallas "will be processed with all the weight of the law," Trump promises

The president of the United States, Donald Trumpsaid Sunday that Yordanis Cobos-Martínez, the Cuban who decapitated an Indian citizen in Dallas, Texas, “will be processed with all the weight of the law” under the accusation of “first degree murder.”

In a message from his social network, Trump said that the criminal is in custody, and said: “The age of indulgence with these undocumented immigrants has ended under my supervision.”

CNN He had already reported that Cobos-Martínez was arrested without the right to bail under the position of capital murder due to threat of terrorism.

The facts

The events occurred on September 10, when Cobos-Martínez, 37, argued with Chandra Nagamallalah for the failures in a Downtown Suites Motel washing machine that the victim managed.

After the fight, Cobos-Martínez took a machete and pursued his victim for the parking lot until he decapitated him in front of his wife and son, as described means such as CNN and Univision.

After beheading Nagamallaiah, Cobos-Martínez supposedly placed his head in a garbage boat.

In the message, Trump said he was aware of the “murder of Chandra Nagamallaiah”, an Indian citizen who calls “a very respected person in Dallas, Texas.” Regarding the murderer, he says that “that he should never have been in our country.”

“This individual was previously arrested for terrible crimes, such as child sexual abuse, theft of self and illegal detention, but was released back to our homeland under the incompetent Joe Biden because Cuba did not want such an evil person in his country,” he wrote.

“Foreign criminal depraved”

The Customs Immigration and Control Service (ICE) issued a release On Thursday, announcing that he had presented a federal arrest warrant for the arrest and deportation of Cobos-Martínez, whom ICE described as a “illegal foreign criminal depraved from Cuba”.

Cobos-Martínez was previously under custody of Ice Dallas at the Bluebonnet detention center, but was released under a supervision order on January 13 “because Cuba did not accept it due to its criminal record,” according to ICE.

CNN He said he was communicated with the Cuba consulate in the United States to verify this accusation without transcending details.

Cobos-Martínez’s criminal history includes “child sexual abuse, major robbery of a vehicle, illegal deprivation of liberty and theft of vehicle with violence,” according to ICE, but did not present documentation that indicates when or where these previous accusations occurred, or if any resulted in a culpisability verdict, at the request of CNN.

According to Univisionthe Office of Detention and Deportations (ERO) of ICE presented an order with the purpose of being expelled from the United States, from where Cubans have already been deported to Nations of Africa, Because the Cuban government refuses to receive them.
