Modernization of the iron corridor advances that will connect to Bogotá with the center of the country

With an investment of $ 156,455 million and estimated term for its 10 months execution, Bogotá – Belencito Ferreo Corridorconsidered as the heart of iron reactivation, has been advancing interventions to increase the speed of trains and guarantee a safer and more efficient infrastructure.

The modernization and reinforcement of the superstructure of this corridor consists in the change of rails, clips and welding kits, with materials that have already been imported and that are in assembly, together with the mischief, to settle in their first phase between the Tuta – Belencito section.
