Police seeks responsible for the murder of the Chief of Security of the Mayor of Arauca

The Arauca Police confirmed that the head of security of the mayor of the capital of that department in Hehos was killed They are subject to research.

The murder of the uniformed, who belonged to the security scheme of the mayor of the capital of that department Juan Alfredo Qüenza Ramos, occurred when he departed in a commercial night establishment located in the sector known as El whiring, in the capital of that border municipality according to the police.

Colonel Carlos Angarita Antolínez, commander of the Arauca Police Department, confirmed the murder of the subfound Jorge Armando Tapias Pinto, who was the security chief of the security scheme of the Araucanian president.

“It was the Tapias subfound, which belonged to the protection section, attached to the mayor’s security scheme, and was killed when he was in a public establishment when he was killed by two subjects,” said Colonel Carlos Angarita Antolínez Commander of the Arauca Police Department.

Substant Jorge Armando Tapias Pinto was 34 years old and was in Arauca for a year and a half where he integrated the Security scheme of Mayor Alfredo Qüenza Ramos.

The uniformed was the one who fulfilled functions of direct protection to the president of the capital of Arauca.

Before the murder, the Mayor’s Office of Arauca lamented this new violent fact and asked the authorities to look for those responsible of the death of the police.

“We express our most sincere solidarity and condolences to your family, friends and colleagues, accompanying them in this difficult time of sadness,” The Mayor’s Office of the municipality of Arauca said.
