Brazilian Rebeca Lima won the gold medal of the category up to 60 pounds of the World Box, played in Liverpool (England), after defeating the Polish Aneta Rygielska 3-2 in the judges’ decision. Also this Sunday (14), Brazil secured three other silver medals in the competition.

The first runner-up of Brazil at the event was won by Yuri Falcão, who, in the category up to 65 pounds, was surpassed in the decision by Uzbeque Asadkhuja Muydinkhujaev 4-1 in the judges’ decision.
The other two Brazilian silver medals at the World Liverpool played were reached by Isaias Ribeiro Filho and Luiz Gabriel Oliveira, who lost, respectively, to Uzbek Turabek Khabibullaev in the category up to 90 pounds and to Uzbeque Abdumalik Khalokov in the category up to 60 pounds.
