Who must declare income
According to the DIAN, they are obliged to declare those who have had gross income equal to or greater than 1,400 units of tax value (UVT); that is, 65,891,000), a heritage greater than 4,500 UVT ($ 211,793,000), or bank transactions, purchases, consumption or use of credit cards that exceed the threshold of 1,400 UVT. They must also declare those who have been responsible for VAT as of December 2024.
