Santo Domingo.- The Presidency Press Directorate reported this Saturday that, due to the incidence of the trough that affects several areas of the countrythe activities scheduled on the president’s agenda were suspended Luis Abinader For this Sunday.
Among the post -site are the inauguration of the road that leads to the Salto de Aguas Blancas, in Constanza, and the lunch planned with the Army Hunters Battalion of the Dominican Republic (ERD), in the strength of Constance.
The new dates of these activities will be communicated in a timely manner, the press management said.

The Emergency Operations Center (COE) in coordination with the Dominican Institute of Meteorology (INDOMET), placed six provinces on green alert on the effects of a trough combined with local effects (daytime and orographic heating) and the warm wind of the east/southeast.
The provinces are Santiago Rodríguez, Dajabón, Elías Piña, Santiago, La Vega, and San Juan.
The COE recommended that people refrain from crossing, rivers, streams and ravines that present high volumes of water in the province under alert.
