When commemorating the second anniversary of the establishment of the strategic association at all evidence and all time between the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and the People’s Republic of China, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, in the name of the Venezuelan people and the Bolivarian government, transmitted an effusive and fraternal greeting to President Xi Jinping.
The information was announced by the Chancellor of the Republic, Yván Gil, through an official statement published in his Telegram channel, where he points out that the head of state ratified the bonds of friendship, cooperation and brotherhood between China and Venezuela, with the aim of building a world of justice, peace and stability.

The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, on behalf of the Venezuelan people and the Bolivarian government, wishes to convey to the President of the People’s Republic of China, Xi Jinping, to his government and the brother Chinese people, the most effusive and fraternal greeting to be fulfilled the second anniversary of the establishment of the strategic association to all evidence and all time between both sister countries.
During these two years, China and Venezuela have strengthened an exemplary alliance based on mutual trust, unrestricted respect for sovereignty and shared vision of a more just and multipolar world. The brotherhood between the two nations has demonstrated its resilience in the face of global challenges, evidencing that common projects based on sincere cooperation and complementarity generate great tangible benefits.
In this framework, the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela reiterates its unwavering commitment to work with the People’s Republic of China to move towards a bilateral relationship of larger dimensions that allows increasing contacts between communities, governments, political parties, parliaments, academic institutions and companies.
Also, Venezuela thanks the Government and the people of China for its valuable and unconditional support in the face of the constant aggressions of hegemonic powers, who seek to avoid the inexorable decline of their world hegemony by carrying out an aggressive multidimensional war against the nations that we refuse to submit to their designs.
By commemorating this date, we ratify our commitment to continue actively accompanying the People’s Republic of China in the construction of mutual cooperation and benefit spaces, assuming the proposal to build a shared destination community, where harmony and peace flourish between nations.
