Officials of the Division of Investigations of Computer Crimes of the Cicpc arrested Alejandro José Vilchez Ramos (20), in Catia La Mar, Vargas municipality, La Guaira state, after determining their active participation with the criminal organization The Silent Wire, dedicated to undue access.
Through a publication on his Instagram account, the Cicpc explained that Vilchez’s arrest is part of a previous field work where seven people were also captured in past days, who were dedicated to violating the safety systems of financial entities, seizing the money, which transfer to different bank accounts, in order to obtain economic profit to the detriment of the victims.
The detainee was available to the Public Ministry.
In another procedure, members of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) arrested two subjects in Seboruco (Táchira), members of the Los Pepones criminal group, who were requesting money through threats to the owners of the various shops in the sector.
The victims denounced the fact and the military agents proceeded to the apprehension of the pair of criminals who seized two 2 bulletproof vests, 2 transmitting radios with a charger, 2 knives, two cell phones, a police tonfa and 80 Colombian pesos, according to report hung on the FANB social networks.
