In his defense, Caddin denied the accusations and pointed to the Mexican company Armor Life Lab as the manufacturer that delivered said document for public tender before the OGAF.
On the other hand, SGS of Mexico clarified that the test test was requested by Armor Life Lab and not by Caddin, warning that the Document in question was not the original.
The general manager of Caddin, Alfonso Paredes Guerra, confirmed to the court that Armor Life Lab sent a letter recognizing that the certification tests do not correspond to the lot of the antibala vests and that it was an error of the company.
Faced with this situation, Alfonso Paredes denounced Love Life before the 20th Provincial Prosecutor of Lima for the crime of ideological falsehood.
